2013 Happy
New year, and whats new at DeJavu Restaurant.
Hi Folks, this is Chef Gary, and I want to let you know whats been
happening with us at the Vu.
First of all
as you all know we are big on celebrating Mardi Gras.
We gonna have lots of Red Beans and Rice, KingCake for everyone, and New
Orleans Beads. Mardi Gras is February 12th,
Fat Tuesdays. Come on celebrate at the
Vu, free KingCake for everyone, and we gonna have a great time.
This year we
have been invited to be a guest on our local news Fox13, to talk about Mardi
Gras. So set your DVR February 08. We
will also be cooking Mardi Gras food, so look for myself and Chef James.
Now, great
news, starting February 04, that’s a Monday, we will be open, from 11:00 a.m.
til 3:00 p.m. Remember that will be each and every Monday and it gives us 6 days of the week that you can dine with
us, have a great time, and enjoy some great food.
Also, we
just got word that DeJavu Restaurant will be the feature for 4Memphis Magazine
for the Month of February. So go to your
newsstands and get your own copy. We
fixed all your favorites and showcased it in grand style. You will be able to see a sneak peek come

Finally,
come May 1 you guys keep your ear open cause that is our target date to open a
new Downtown location. 51 S. Main St. we
going New Orleans style with the whole 9 yards.
Everything that you have in your heart to symbolize New Orleans you will
be able to get it at the new location.
Food, drinks, entertainment and more.
His has been a secret, but it’s steadily coming to light. We will be located on Main Street between
Monroe and Union, right next to Flight.
We gonna be
there DeJavu, where we keep it true to the Roux.
