Down at the Restaurant we had plenty of Sausages, Gumbo, Red Beans and Free King Cake for everyone! We had the house special for Mardi Gras which was Smoked Turkey Necks served with boiled potatoes and corn. Wow it was a packed house until the doors closed. I want you to know that we appreciate all you guys coming by.
Our Sous Chef James Moore took a few days to go down to New Orleans to participate in the parade. ZULU!!!
